What are your fees?
Sessions are 53-55 minutes and $125 per session. Cash, debit/credit, HSA cards are accepted. Fee for service will be charged to your debt/credit or HSA card within 48 hours after your therapy session. Or you may pay by cash at the time of service. I value your time and mine, therefore, I ask that you give 24-hour notice for all schedule changes and cancellations so that I can give that time slot to another person in need. If you do not give at least 24 hour notice of cancellation you will be charged for this lost appointment time at the full session price of $125.
Cancelation and No-Show fees are the responsibility of the client and are not billed to insurance.
Payment is required at the time of service. A card is asked to be put on file for payments to be charged at the end of the session unless other arrangements have been approved.
What you need
If you are interested in doing telehealth, you will need a smart phone, tablet or computer. You will also need a PRIVATE space - a room with a door or even your car. If you prefer to meet in person I will provide you with my location and directions to my office.

First appointments
Paperwork must be complete before scheduling first appointment
Before your first appointment I will send you forms to be completed on a private portal through therapy notes. The first few appointments are to get to know each other, understand your needs, and discuss what you want to accomplish from therapy. We will work together to develop treatment goals and discuss a plan for achieving those goals.
How long does counseling last?
This has so many different factors and is hard to pinpoint an exact time frame. Change is difficult and everyone is different. I promise that you will not be in therapy longer than you need to be. I will teach you the tools you will need to challenge yourself and I will be there to support and encourage you through your growth process.
