About Stephanie

If you're sad, anxious, or feeling depressed, I want to help. If you're grieving or you've experienced trauma you're ready to face, I want to guide you along that journey.

I'm Stephanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I believe effective therapy requires a comfortable atmosphere and safe space to be heard. My primary goal is to create a secure, judgment free area for you to be honest and explore what you are feeling.

You deserve to recognize your potential and I am passionate about helping you conquer whatever is holding you back. I value relationships and work to create a space where you will feel comfortable being vulnerable.

During my years as a therapist, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and relationship dynamics. I listen with a neutral and unbiased perspective.

I received my master's degree in Social Work, from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw Georgia.

It is completely okay to have questions when considering therapy. In fact, it's a natural and important part of the process. Asking questions demonstrates your commitment to your well-being and ensures that you find the right fit with a therapist. Feel free to inquire about their approach, experience, and how they address specific concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma. Open communication builds trust and allows for a more personalized therapeutic journey. Remember, therapy is a collaborative effort, and your questions pave the way for a supportive and effective partnership on your path to emotional healing and growth.
